1. Service Description
QuantCapra (“the Service”) provides quantitative market signal analysis, AI-backed price projections, and research-grade intelligence tools for investors and traders. The Service is operated by Capra Works (“we”, “us”).
2. Not Financial Advice
All content, signals, projections, and analysis provided by QuantCapra are for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance of signals or projections is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
3. Account & Access
Access requires a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) resell or redistribute signal data without written permission; (c) use automated scrapers or bots against our API beyond documented rate limits; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms; (e) submit data designed to manipulate or poison our learning telemetry.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid tiers (Analyst, Pro, Quant) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
6. AI-Generated Content
Price projections and AI explanations are generated algorithmically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. We are not liable for any financial loss arising from reliance on AI-generated output.
7. Data & Privacy
Your account data and watchlist are stored securely in our database. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Availability & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or signal reliability. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
